L&T Off Campus Drive 2025 Eligibility Criteria :
- Must have completed a 3-year/6-semester full-time Diploma course after SSLC (10th) or HSC (10+2) — (10+3 or 10+2+3).
- Students expecting to qualify their diploma by 31st October 2025 are eligible.
- Eligible Diploma Branches:
- Chemical
- Civil
- Electrical
- Instrumentation & Control (I&C)
- Mechanical
- Minimum 60% aggregate in Diploma (first attempt only) is mandatory.
Notes:
- No backlogs/arrears permitted.
- Any subject/paper reattempted (for any reason) will be treated as a second attempt — ineligible.
- Graduates (before/after diploma) in Engineering, Science, Arts, etc. are not eligible.
- Sandwich diploma courses are not eligible.
- Foreign nationals are not eligible.
- Company reserves the right to modify eligibility criteria / branches as required.
Other Details:
- Stipend (Apprenticeship Year): Rs. 1.86 Lakh per annum (0-1 year).
- After 1 year (FTC): Salary progression as per company norms.
- B.Tech Program (DELITE): B.Tech Work- Integrated Program for all diploma students.
